About the Position

Senior UX/UI Designer (ARG)

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for our healthcare applications team in Argentina. You will focus on creating intuitive and visually compelling digital solutions for healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will:

• Lead the creation of intuitive, functional, and visually compelling digital solutions for healthcare applications.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch improvements.
• Ensure that every product meets user needs, business objectives, and regulatory standards.
• Bridge business goals with user-centric design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and drive team excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Expertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to conduct in-depth user research, user journey mapping, and persona creation.
• Competence in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers.
• Accountability for the overall design quality and consistency across the product.
• Ability to establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
• Skills in coordinating design efforts across multiple team members.
• Communicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and written.

Recruitment Process

1. SCREENING CALL: We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.
2. ENGLISH AUDIT: We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.
3. TECHNICAL INTERVIEW: We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.
4. FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK: Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
