About the Position

Senior Webcon Developer

Devire is seeking a Senior Webcon Developer with 60 months of experience to join our team in Poland, developing workflow solutions.

Contract: B2B via Devire with a rate of 150-180 PLN/h netto + VAT.

Work Mode: Fully remote.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing workflows for processes in Contact Center (CC) and Field Advisors (DT).
Modeling negotiation processes for repayment conditions and handling agreements or products.
Building complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
Managing case flow between systems and synchronizing statuses.
Implementing and maintaining integrations between systems, including event-driven flows.
Processing events from CC and DT systems.
Automatically making decisions based on business rules, data, and system events.
Monitoring agreed conditions, including payment and process statuses.
Responding to process events such as missed payments, status changes, or exceptions.
Validating activation, suspension, and termination conditions of processes.
Handling exceptions, errors, and custom situations in workflows.
Optimizing process performance and event handling mechanisms.
Collaborating closely with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions.
Actively contributing to shaping the workflow solution architecture in the organization.

Experience in designing, configuring, and developing workflow solutions, preferably in WEBCON BPS.
Ability to model business processes and translate them into system solutions.
Experience in building complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
Knowledge of integration between systems, including asynchronous flows and event-driven approaches.
Ability to work with data-driven processes, statuses, events, and automated business decisions.
Experience in optimizing process performance and handling system events.
Ability to analyze exceptions, errors, and custom situations in workflows.
Good communication skills and ability to work closely with analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Independence, analytical thinking, and responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions.

Experience with integrations with CRM, ERP, contact center, or operational process systems.
Knowledge of SQL, API, event queueing mechanisms, or event-driven integration.
Experience in projects related to financial, collection, negotiation, or payment processes.
