About the Position

Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst

Silvaco is seeking a Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst to ensure our People systems are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly. You will be responsible for translating business needs into system requirements, building new workflows, and improving existing processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Workday systems, ensuring seamless integration with other company tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Workday, ATS, compensation, and payroll tools.
  • Identify and automate manual, error-prone processes.
  • Own change management for system updates and new technology implementations.
  • Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and policies.
  • Stay current on product releases, patches, and industry best practices.
  • Act as an administrator for Workday, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement preventative measures.
  • Build and maintain Workday dashboards and reports.
  • Provide expert support and training to People team members and managers.
  • Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams.
  • Partner with People leadership to prioritize system enhancements and technology investments.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles, ideally in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM including configuration, maintenance, integration, and end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience working in a Matrixed environment and/or a multi-national company.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and recommend strategic, technology-driven solutions.
