About the Position
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in backend development to join our team in Remote Mexico, focusing on building high-performance systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-load, high-performance, data-driven backend systems
- Develop and optimize RESTful and SOAP-based web services
- Collaborate with a small, agile, and highly skilled team of technologists
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement in backend architecture and application development
Requirements

Must have
- Minimum 7 years of backend development experience, preferably within the hedge fund or financial services industry
- Strong passion for backend architecture and application development
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core,.NET Core, Entity Framework Core
- Some exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular

Nice to have
- Experience with Portfolio and Risk Management systems (e.g., What-If analysis, scenario modeling, real-time pricing)
- Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
- Strong grasp of RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and database design
- Practice of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and performance profiling across the stack
