About the Position

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer (.Net+Angular) to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will be part of a small, agile, and highly skilled team of technologists who are building next-generation solutions for Risk Management and Portfolio Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-load, high-performance, data-driven backend systems
  • Develop and optimize RESTful and SOAP-based web services
  • Build solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products

Requirements

  • Must have

    • Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, preferably within the hedge fund or financial services industry
    • Strong passion for backend architecture and application development
    • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
    • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core
    • Some exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular
  • Nice to have

    • Experience with Portfolio and Risk Management systems (e.g., What-If analysis, scenario modeling, real-time pricing)
    • Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
    • Strong grasp of RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and database design
    • Practice of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and performance profiling across the stack
