About the Position
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer (.Net+Angular) to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will be part of a small, agile, and highly skilled team of technologists who are building next-generation solutions for Risk Management and Portfolio Managers.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular
- Enhance and extend existing functionality based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Develop complex business logic and analytical calculations to support capital usage and scenario modeling workflows
- Build and maintain interactive data visualizations, reports, and charts
- Develop and integrate REST/HTTP-based services and messaging solutions where required
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability and performance
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to engineering best practices
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, preferably within the hedge fund or financial services industry
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET
- At least 4 years of frontend development experience
- Strong knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, with hands-on experience within the last 3 years
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD/OOP)
- Solid knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with multi-threaded and concurrent programming
- Proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, high-availability applications in production environments
- Strong passion for backend architecture and application development, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to work during EST time zone hours
Nice to have
- Experience with Portfolio and Risk Management systems (e.g., What-If analysis, scenario modeling, real-time pricing)
- Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
- Strong grasp of RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and database design
- Practice of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and performance profiling across the stack
