Senior.NET (Blazor) Engineer with Azure Cloud experience

About the Position

We are building an AI Assistant platform for a leading retail organization and are seeking a Senior .NET (Blazor) Engineer with Azure Cloud experience to play a key role in its design and implementation. This position offers an opportunity to work across the entire technology stack – from modern Blazor front-end development and.NET backend services to Azure cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and AI-driven integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on cloud and platform engineering experience and enjoys turning innovative ideas into reliable production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend the Blazor web app (chat UI + Admin console) and the backend chat/orchestration services.
• Build post-MVP features: production hardening, retention and privacy, richer Bitrix24 data flows.
• Integrate with Azure services (Blob, Tables, AI Search, Key Vault, App Insights) and the AI provider layer.
• Own the Bicep infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and the deploy.ps1 package across Stage and Client environments.
• Provision and harden Azure: managed-identity RBAC, Key Vault data-plane, network and config, App Insights.
• Support client self-provisioning (runbook), naming-policy compliance, and cost tiering.
• Write automated tests and keep the deployment package working.

Requirements

• C# and.NET 8/9 - solid and up to date.
• Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly), or a strong SPA background (React/Angular) with willingness to work in Blazor.
• ASP.NET Core web APIs, dependency injection, async and streaming.
• Microsoft Azure hands-on: App Service, Blob Storage, Table Storage, Key Vault, managed identity.
• Entra ID / OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect application auth.
• Azure IaC with Bicep (or strong ARM/Terraform plus willingness to use Bicep).
• Azure Resource Manager model, RBAC, managed identities, Key Vault data-plane.
• PowerShell scripting - the deployment runner is PowerShell.
• App Service configuration, Easy Auth, App Insights / Log Analytics.
• Git, clean code, and testing discipline (xUnit/NUnit).

Nice to Have

• RAG / LLM app development (OpenAI or Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry SDKs).
• Azure AI Search (indexes; hybrid, vector, and semantic retrieval).
• Azure Policy/governance experience; CI/CD (delivery is package-based today).
• SignalR / real-time streaming; document parsing (OpenXml, PdfPig).
• Bitrix24 experience:
  • Bitrix24 REST API - CRM entities (deals, leads, companies, contacts), tasks, activities and timeline.
  • Bitrix24 auth - inbound webhooks and/or OAuth 2.0 local apps; rate limits and paging.
  • Data export/migration from Bitrix24 (current model is JSON/CSV extracts into Blob).
  • Bitrix24 entity relationships and permission model (useful for permission-aware answers and cross-entity context).
  • General CRM data modeling transfers well if there is no direct Bitrix24 background.
