Senior.Net Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer with deep experience in.NET (required/preferred), Java Development (experience helpful), API integration, cloud messaging platforms, and secure DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kong API Gateway, IBM MQ, Solace, AWS KMS, and modern CI/CD and security tools such as Harness, Veracode, SonarQube, GHAS (GitHub Advanced Security), and Wiz. This role will be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions across our cloud ecosystem. Professional or personal experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications such as Claude Code (CLI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using JSON and Kong API Gateway.
• Implement and manage messaging solutions using IBM MQ and Solace.
• Develop secure applications with AWS Key Management Service (KMS) for encryption and decryption.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Harness (preferred) or others.
• Integrate and automate security scanning tools including Veracode, SonarQube, GHAS, and Wiz.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure best practices in development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and messaging issues.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on cloud-native applications.
• Deep experience in.NET preferred, or JAVA experience.
• Strong experience with API integration using JSON and Kong API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ and Solace messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in AWS KMS for secure key management and encryption.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
• Familiarity with Veracode, SonarQube, GHAS, and Wiz for security scanning and compliance.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET Core, Node.js) with use of GitHub / GitHub CoPilot.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools preferably with Terraform.
• Proficient in application observability using known tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrates a proactive, strategic mindset, approaching work with critical thinking rather than task execution alone. Comfortable voicing perspectives, asking thoughtful questions, and constructively challenging assumptions to drive better outcomes for the project team.
• Experienced in delivering end-to-end within Agile environments, leveraging Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Jira for effective backlog management and execution.

Nice to Have

• AWS Developer or Security certification.
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Professional or personal experience with Large Language Model (LLM) Application such as Claude Code (CLI) preferred.
• Experience in AI Assisted Development preferred.
