Senior.NET Developer (Angular)

MARGO is an international IT consulting company founded in Paris in 2005, with offices in London and Warsaw. We specialize in IT outsourcing and delivery of high-quality experts for complex technology projects across Europe. We are looking for a Senior.NET Developer to join long-term enterprise banking projects delivered in structured development environments. You will work on complex business applications, cooperating closely with Analysts, QA Engineers, and Product stakeholders.

This role is dedicated to experienced developers (5+ years) who value clean code, testing, good architectural practices, and high engineering standards.

Work model: Remote-first with scheduled on-site team meetings (2 days per month in Warsaw).

Office presence is focused on team alignment, planning sessions, and direct collaboration.

Salary: 120 zł - 135 zł an hour

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using C# and .NET Core
• Implement frontend components using Angular and TypeScript
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Develop and maintain system integrations (REST-based)
• Create and maintain unit and automated E2E tests
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions
• Maintain high code quality and code review standards
• Collaborate with Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in software development
• Strong experience with C#,.NET Core, and SOLID principles
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Experience designing relational databases (SQL Server)
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with unit testing and automated E2E testing
• Knowledge of software design and system architecture methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Git, Visual Studio, VS Code, Jira, TeamCity
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Bash

Language Requirements

• Polish: native or C2 level (required)
• English: B2 (required)
