Senior.NET Developer/Integration

📍 Malmö, Sweden | Consultancy Environment | Microsoft Ecosystem

Our client is looking for a senior.NET consultant who sees technology as a way to solve business problems, not just write code. This role is suited to someone who enjoys stepping back, understanding the bigger picture, and building scalable solutions across complex Microsoft environments. You'll work closely with clients on integration-heavy projects, cloud-native platforms, and modern backend architectures where communication and problem-solving are just as important as technical capability.

This is not a traditional "pure developer" role. Our client is looking for someone who combines strong backend engineering experience with a consultant mindset, someone comfortable navigating both technical and business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex backend and systems integration projects
• Engage with cloud-native Microsoft environments
• Utilize modern .NET development practices
• Provide solution architecture and technical leadership
• Develop data-driven platforms and backend ecosystems
• Explore emerging AI and data engineering initiatives, including Databricks and LLM-related solutions

Requirements

• Senior experience within.NET backend development
• Strong understanding of systems integration and distributed environments
• Experience working within Microsoft-focused ecosystems
• A solution-oriented and consultative mindset
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable working closely with clients and stakeholders
• Curiosity around modern cloud, data, and AI technologies

Nice to Have

• Tech Lead or Solution Architect background
• Cloud-native architecture experience
• Experience with data platforms, Databricks, or data engineering
• Exposure to AI/LLM-related initiatives
• Experience designing systems with a broader data platform mindset
