We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a strong engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members when needed.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality software, takes ownership of solutions, and collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OSS applications across backend and frontend components
• Build and support integrations with external suppliers and third-party systems
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and the implementation of new features
• Develop and maintain database objects, including SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data migrations
• Investigate and resolve issues in test and production environments
• Monitor application performance and analyze incidents using Kibana and Elastic
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Test Engineers, Operations teams, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and development processes

Requirements

• Strong experience with C#/.NET development
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API development
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and optimization
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, CI/CD Pipelines, Pull Requests, and Deployments)
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP integrations
• Experience implementing automated tests using NUnit and FluentAssertions
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, code quality, and version control
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in both backend and frontend application development and maintenance
• Solid understanding of software architecture, database development, and DevOps practices
• Experience working within the telecommunications domain, including OSS/BSS systems
