Senior.NET Engineer

About the Position

Ciklum is looking for a Senior.NET Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. Responsibilities

• Designs and implements applications following software engineering best practices and principles
• Responsible for maintaining the defined level of code quality on the project
• Make required infrastructural changes for successful application deployment
• Participate in conducting technical interviews
• Mentor L2 and L1 team mates

Requirements

• Software Design:
  • Use of best practices and patterns during application design and implementation
• Software Development:
  • In-depth proficiency level of C# and.Net technologies, implementing applications using defensive programming
  • Successful cases in developing web applications using advanced framework features and industry standard conventions
  • Practical experience in writing and performance tuning of complex SQL
• Quality Assurance:
  • Previous participation in constant quality improvement on the project: conducting code reviews, setting up quality metrics, and their monitoring
• Software Deployment:
  • A hands-on experience with application deployment patterns and tools
  • Practical experience in infrastructure configuration using popular cloud providers

Nice to Have

• Experience in configuring application security aspects
• Practical experience in application performance optimization
