The Challenge

We are looking for a person to take the lead of our international SEO and GEO proposal, bring it to the market, and direct the projects we develop with global clients.

A profile with strategic vision and depth in Search, but also with client presence: capable of detecting opportunities, building proposals, negotiating, presenting in English, and mobilizing international teams.

Your Mission

Convert SEO and GEO into a differential, scalable, and business-connected proposal, capable of competing in a scenario where traditional search engines and generative engines coexist.

You will work hand in hand with the current GEO proposal manager in the company: you will combine knowledge, market vision, and customer experience to consolidate the offer and accelerate its international growth.

What You Will Lead

• The international proposal: evolution of the offer, methodology, services, use cases, and market positioning.
• Client relationship: discovery, meetings, workshops, and presentations in English to senior interlocutors.
• Negotiation: definition of scope, priorities, deliverables, timelines, teams, and project conditions.
• Global projects: strategic direction and coordination of teams and markets, from proposal to delivery.
• Innovation in AI: incorporation of tools, agents, and automations to analyze better, work faster, and elevate the quality of our solutions.
• Positioning in AI: strategies for brands to gain presence, authority, mentions, and citations in search engines and generative engines.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience leading SEO strategies and projects in complex and international environments.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content, and analytics.
• Practical knowledge of GEO, LLMs, generative engines, and new search experiences powered by AI.
• Experience applying AI to analysis, research, automation, and process improvement.
• Consultative and commercial profile, with the ability to generate trust and convert business challenges into concrete proposals.
• Experience in pre-sales, negotiation, and leadership of multi-market projects.
• High English proficiency: you will use it regularly in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients and teams.
• Ability to lead with influence, make decisions, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
