About the Position
We are seeking a talented SEO professional with experience in digital marketing to join our agency team. You will be enthusiastic and driven, capable of conducting thorough website audits, performing keyword research, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques to drive website rankings and traffic.
Within this role, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing for each client. Additionally, you will keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms to continuously improve SEO techniques and strategies.
Managing the complete SEO campaign cycle, you play a pivotal role in the continued success of Fortunatos by delivering new customers against our ambitious growth plan. You will ensure our customers have clear goals and KPIs mapped to specific approaches and strategies that make them more successful, achieving maximum benefit and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough website audits to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize website structure and content for better search engine rankings.
- Performing keyword research to identify relevant keywords and creating a targeted SEO strategy for each client.
- Implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including meta tag optimization, content optimization, link building, and outreach campaigns.
- Analyzing and monitoring website traffic, search engine rankings, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of SEO campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms to continuously improve SEO techniques and strategies.
- Collaborating with other teams, including content marketing, social media, and PPC, to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing for each client.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant SEO and digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with content marketing and social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Magento is preferred.
