SEO Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our iGaming team in a remote role. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive SEO strategies and drive steady growth in traffic and rankings across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, UX improvements, and behavioral factors analysis.
• Analyze search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Work with high-load and multi-regional websites.
• Utilize HTML and CSS for SEO-focused code analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers.
• Conduct A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split testing.
• Analyze search engine bot behavior.
• Mentor mid-level specialists.
• Automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with proven successful project promotion cases.
• At least 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming niche.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Ukrainian/Russian native proficiency.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO.
• Proficient with all relevant industry tools.
• Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
