SEO Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team, specializing in promoting projects in competitive niches in Western markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business group and work with a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Launch new projects and develop website promotion strategies, including setting KPIs and ensuring their achievement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the niche, competitors, and target audience.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
• Prepare technical specifications for developers, copywriters, link builders, and other team members.
• Implement and optimize monitoring and reporting processes for key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings).
• Continuously work on improving performance and identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven track record of promoting projects in highly competitive niches in Western markets.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct deep competitor analysis and draw actionable conclusions.
• Solid understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking principles.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Experience handling large datasets in Google Sheets.
• Experience working with large, multi-page projects (e-commerce, marketplaces, content portals).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for quick issue diagnostics and interaction with developers.
• Knowledge of content marketing and the ability to develop SEO-driven content strategies.

Nice to Have

• At least 2 years of experience in gambling (casino, betting).
• Experience in a product company from 1 year.
• Understanding of iGaming product specifics.
• English level B2+ (able to analyze English-language sources, documentation, and communicate with international partners).
• Proven cases of successfully recovering websites from Google penalties or filters.
