About the Position
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic SEO thinking with a strong hands-on approach - someone who is ready not only to define strategy but also to execute, analyze, and improve it continuously.
Please note that the recruitment process also includes a test task as one of the steps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the SEO strategy aligned with business goals (B2B, lead generation, services).
- Perform keyword research and semantic analysis, define priorities and growth opportunities.
- Create SEO requirements and briefs for landing pages, service pages, and content.
- Optimize existing pages (on-page SEO, structure, internal linking, content improvements).
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure proper implementation.
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Semrush, identify growth or decline reasons, and propose clear, actionable improvements (not just reports).
- Manage or directly handle link-building activities, including controlling external vendors.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, especially in the IT / B2B domain.
- Build and improve SEO processes, documentation, and best practices inside the company.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B or service-based businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
- Proven experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content SEO.
- Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and take full ownership of results.
- Experience working with or managing link-building contractors.
- Understanding of - or readiness to quickly dive into - the IT / B2B space, including:
- Software development services
- Legacy modernization
- AI / data-related services
- Enterprise solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and non-SEO stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT outsourcing / software development companies.
- Understanding of how SEO contributes to lead generation and sales funnels.
- Experience scaling SEO in competitive niches.
