SEO Team Lead

About the Position

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead who will be responsible not only for traffic and business metrics but also for building and developing the SEO team. This role combines strategic thinking, strong SEO expertise, and leadership-with a focus on efficiency and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing, and managing the SEO team
• Full-cycle management of SEO strategies across the team’s project portfolio to achieve business goals
• Launching, developing, and scaling projects in new geos with consideration of local specifics
• Ensuring predictable achievement of approved interim team results within budget
• Budgeting and regular reporting

Requirements

• Experience managing an SEO team of 5+ specialists (full cycle: hiring, onboarding, development, motivation, KPIs)
• Experience implementing and optimizing team processes to ensure predictable achievement of planned interim results within budget
• Proven cases of taking iGaming projects to top positions in highly competitive geos
• Deep understanding of modern SEO approaches, search engine mechanics, and the nuances of promoting in different geos
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, website technologies, and AI tools
