SEO Team Lead

About the Position

We're seeking an SEO Team Lead to manage and develop a high-performing SEO team, focusing on traffic, business metrics, and process optimization for iGaming projects.

Responsibilities

• Formation, development, and management of the SEO team
• Full cycle management of SEO strategies for the project group to achieve business goals
• Launch, development, and scaling of projects in new regions, considering local specifics
• Ensuring the predicted achievement of approved interim team results within the budget
• Budgeting and regular reporting

Requirements

• Experience managing an SEO team of 5 specialists (full cycle: hiring, onboarding, development, motivation, KPI)
• Experience in implementing and optimizing processes in team work to ensure the predicted achievement of planned interim results within the budget
• Proven cases of bringing iGaming projects to top positions in highly competitive regions
• Deep understanding of modern SEO approaches, principles of search engine operation, and the differences in promotion for different regions
• Advanced proficiency in analytics services, technologies used in website operation, and AI tools
