SEO Team Lead

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead to lead the direction and take responsibility for achieving target positions for our products. This role is for a leader who seeks to scale traffic and build strategies based on data, not guesses.

Responsibilities

• Development, validation, and control of the implementation of SEO strategies for projects.
• Planning, optimization, and control of the marketing budget.
• Analysis of strategy results and forecasting indicators.
• Risk management of promotion and prompt response.
• Finding traffic growth points through in-depth niche analysis.
• Maintaining the relevance of SEO approaches, conducting tests and experiments.
• Managing a team of specialists and selecting outsourcing partners.
• Forming reports, presenting results, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in building and optimizing SEO processes (launching projects from scratch in competitive niches).
• Skills in forming relevant KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of business models in online gambling and monetization principles.
• Experience with analytical tools, Google Sheets (complex formulas, macros, RegEX).
• English language proficiency at B2 level and above.
• Analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong leadership qualities.
