Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:
- Supporting the performance and ramp-up of GEO
- Partner with the local team to define and coordinate the SEO roadmap for the BE market.
- Support our NL senior specialist with SEO/GEO optimization for the NL market.
- Produce technical audits and recommendations to ensure search engines can effectively crawl and index our content.
- Work with stakeholders to execute initiatives that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions originating from SEO and LLMs.
- Stay on top of the latest Organic Search industry developments and translate them into new project opportunities.
- Act as part of the central organic search team, sharing knowledge and learnings to help elevate the team's overall SEO skillset.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an international environment, defining and implementing on- and off-page SEO strategies.
- Strong working knowledge across all aspects of SEO: technical, content, and outreach.
- Experience with GEO/LLM optimization (AI Overviews, answer engines, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; An additional European language is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of success in a similar SEO role.
- Hands-on experience with Semrush / Semrush Enterprise.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both local and cross-brand teams.
- Data-driven mindset - you back your decisions with data.
