About the Position

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager with 3+ years of proven SEO experience to join our fast-growing product holding. Responsibilities include technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and understanding of AI-based content automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Providing technical recommendations and guidelines for developers
Research of API, new sources
Basic SEO
Competitor analyzing and market research
Launching new projects
Searching for new ways to attract traffic, suggesting to improve the conversion of the existing one

Requirements

Experience in a product company from 2+ years
Proven SEO experience (3+ years)
Advanced level of technical SEO: structure optimization, robots.txt, sitemap, canonical, hreflang, schema markup
Experience with programmatic SEO and dynamic content generation strategies
Understanding of AI-based content automation workflows
Work experience in competitive niches
Understanding of Google's algorithms, including Helpful Content, Core Updates, and AI content requirements
Understanding of Google's guidelines for assessing the quality of search results, including the E-E-A-T principles

Nice to Have

Ability to set mid-term and short-term goals and organize work in order to reach them
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to perform repeating routine tasks with constant high quality and within set deadlines
Understanding of business and product metrics
Experience in working with large websites (500k+ pages)
Working with Google News/Discover: content optimization, indexing, publisher policies
Experience with databases to use structured data as variables for dynamic content generation
Experience in integrating structured data from APIs (sports, finance, weather, crypto, etc.) into content templates
