About the Position

We are currently looking for a SERM Manager (SEO Manager). We are seeking a versatile specialist who combines content creation, CMS work, and online reputation management. This is not just about "writing texts" - we need someone who understands how content affects search results, brand trust, and traffic. The position involves working in the office in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

Adding materials to the site (WordPress or another CMS);
Formatting texts through HTML (headings, links, tables, structure);
Regularly monitoring Google search results (SERP) for brands/keywords;
Tracking reviews, mentions, ratings on various platforms;
Identifying negative/positive content and working within SERM;
Optimizing content for SEO (structure, internal linking, relevance).

Requirements

Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar);
Basic understanding of HTML;
Understanding of Google search principles (indexing, ranking, SERP);
Attention to detail and systematic approach;
Understanding of how brand online reputation is formed.

Nice to Have

Practical knowledge of SEO and SERM;
Experience working with review platforms/forums.
