service and operational processes engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a service and operational processes engineer to manage technical service support activities and processes related to production, development, and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead customer technical service issues & complaints
• Evaluate and resolve customer-related technical support issues
• Support product installations
• Maintain product manuals and technical documentation

Processes

• Maintain and support manufacturing processes and technical documentation
• Lead ECO & CAPA processes

Work Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Internal: QA/RA, Operations, and R&D department
• External: Customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors

Requirements

• BSc. Preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years proven experience in engineering/manufacturing/service environments of multi-disciplinary products
• Understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: FDA QSR, ISO 13485, MDD/MDR
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Hebrew
• Experience in Medical Device companies - significant advantage
