Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement international IT projects in IT support (operational and strategic)
• Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and customer requirements, facilitate price discussions, and obtain executive input on timelines and deliverables
• Involve relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions that include legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within your projects, identify the need for process/service optimization, and initiate corresponding steps
• Serve as the interface between customers and your team
