About the Position
Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)
Rohde & Schwarz, a leading company in innovative technologies for over 90 years, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Memmingen, Germany. Join our team and contribute to the success of our electronic products throughout their lifecycle, from prototyping to service.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Maintain and negotiate service contracts, ensuring SLA fulfillment and managing escalations with subcontractors.
- Performance Analysis: Develop KPI frameworks, conduct performance and cost analyses, and provide regular reports to management.
- Strategic Planning: Plan resources for complex projects, identify bottlenecks, and conduct risk analyses with corresponding action plans.
- Customer Relations: Manage project-related customer relationships, conduct regular reviews, gather feedback, and develop customer-specific solutions.
- Communication: Act as the interface between customers and technical service, ensuring proactive and goal-oriented communication both internally and externally.
- Process Improvement: Implement and monitor processes, lead workshops, and take measures to reduce incidents.
Requirements
- Education: Technical or business-related education or degree.
- Experience: Several years (ideally >3-5 years) of experience in project/service management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and analytical skills in customer and internal interface collaboration.
- Proficiency in performance evaluations and cross-departmental coordination of action items.
- Ability to analyze KPIs securely, create strategic reports, and derive improvement measures.
- High customer and service orientation, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Fluent English skills (at least B2 level).
