Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience to manage IT services and delivery for our clients in Germany.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee IT services and delivery for clients.
Ensure the best possible support and optimization of business processes based on SLAs.
Lead the Mainframe and Print areas, ensuring the best possible support and optimization of business processes.
Conduct deal intake and design, develop business cases, and consult on business/IT process automation.
Monitor KPI compliance, maintain customer contacts at all levels, and implement improvement potential.
Build and support the Mainframe and Print areas.
Assist in sales and contract and quotation design.
Manage suppliers, including SLA negotiation and invoicing.
Sell hardware (servers, storage).
