We’re launching Rijeka’s first Service Desk team to support clients worldwide. Be part of a fresh start and collaborate with our established Zagreb team!

While our presence in the city is already strong, this team will focus on collaborating with our experienced crew in Zagreb to support domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities

As a Service Desk team member, you’ll:

• Manage incident tickets: open, solve, escalate, and close them like a pro.
• Keep an eye on IT systems with monitoring tools to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help customers find the best solutions for their business needs.
• Guide customers through the problem-solving process and keep them updated along the way.
• Create monthly reports that provide valuable insights for our customers.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to make our processes even better.

Requirements

• High school diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree (preferably IT-related).
• Basic knowledge of network/security technologies, proficiency in Windows OS, and fluent English.
• You're a team player ready for 24/7 shifts in an ever-evolving environment.
• Bonus: Microsoft certifications or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
