About the Position

Service Desk – Registration processes

Axians, a brand of the VINCI Energies Group, is dedicated to Information and Communication Technologies and Digital Transformation. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Registration of various external stakeholders, as well as internal staff;
• Ensuring the correct end-to-end registration process;
• Assessing individual cases to ensure compliance with relevant standards;
• Solving issues on applications registration queries and escalating system issues if necessary;
• Providing support to external stakeholders;
• Liaising with administrative and operation staff, as well as different teams in the management and coordination of registration processes;
• Quality management and maintenance of registration data;
• Screening and verification of various confidential documents;
• Evaluating the overall work using statistical data analysis tools;
• Ensuring the soundness of follow-up procedures;
• Escalating and requesting advice from management when necessary;
• Acting as a principal contact for both internal and external queries relating to the Registration process;
• Supporting continuous improvement through identification and implementation of process improvements/simplifications in conjunction with business requirements;

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Experienced in registration processes or IAM;
• EudraVigilance knowledge is a plus;
• Pharma company’s knowledge is a plus;
• IT background is a plus;
• Fluent English skills;
