About the Position

(Service Engineer) 1224732

Join Liebherr as a Service Engineer for electrical maintenance and repairs on 33 KV machines in Navi Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities

• Meet all Safety procedures and regulations in place, as per Liebherr’s and Customer’s guidelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical works on the machines.
• Perform the maintenance tasks by using the relevant hand and power tools recommended by the Liebherr OEM.

Position Specific Competencies

• Good knowledge in electric and electronic.
• Reading and understanding of complex electrical schematics.
• Wiring of electrical cabinets.
• Repair of electrical wiring and connections.
• Understanding of software and electronics.
• Mechanical knowledge would be a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering with Certification from the Appropriate Government Authority to work in 33KV line, which is mandatory.

Experience

• Experience in Ultra heavy duty equipment maintenance: ideally between 3 to 5 years (Specially in 200T and above class of excavators).

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

• Good knowledge and experience in mechanic, hydraulic.
• Knowledge in electrical and electronic will be appreciated.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic & electrical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
