We are an international market leader in mobile camera surveillance and temporary security solutions. We are growing rapidly, ambitious, and have one goal: to be the best. To achieve this growth, we are looking for a Service Engineer.

As a Service Engineer at Kooi Camera Surveillance, you will fulfill a hybrid role combining tasks within our Maintenance, RED (maintenance & installation), and Field Service departments. No day is the same: one day you will be maintaining and preparing our high-quality camera systems in Wolvega, the next day you will be on the road performing installations or resolving customer issues. This may also mean spending several days on the road and staying overnight in a hotel. In short: You are someone who likes to roll up their sleeves. Your tasks include:

Maintenance

Performing preventive maintenance on camera systems and related equipment.
Checking, testing, and preparing systems for deployment.
Performing repairs and analyzing technical defects.
Contributing to the optimal availability of our equipment.

RED - Maintenance & Installation

Installing and configuring temporary security solutions.
Performing technical adjustments and upgrades.
Supporting the project-based rollout of new systems.
Ensuring a high-quality delivery.

Field Service

Resolving malfunctions at customer locations.
Performing inspections and service visits.
Providing technical support to customers.
Representing Kooi as a business card.

Requirements

Fit within our Kooi DNA: Informal work atmosphere, solution-oriented, reliable, innovative, and always striving for the best quality.
Initiative, decisiveness, and carefulness.
MBO diploma, preferably in a technical direction.
Experience with electrotechnics, mechatronics, installation techniques, or similar.
A driver's license and personal transport.
Good command of the English/German language.
A good dose of independence.
Willingness to work in an international environment.

We Offer

An employment contract for one year, with the prospect of a permanent position.
A salary between €2.909,95 - €3.880,50 gross per month (on a full-time basis), depending on experience and knowledge, and an attractive profit-sharing scheme.
