Currently, we have an open vacancy for a Service Engineer for BFP (BFP) in Kharkiv, who will install, maintain, and repair our equipment and solutions, including printing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Performing repairs and maintenance of BFP (multifunction devices)
- Promptly solving repair tasks
- Supporting clients
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving BFP malfunctions and failures
Requirements
- Secondary or higher technical education
- Knowledge of BFP operation basics
- Knowledge of PC operation basics
- Knowledge of digital printing technology (preferred)
- Knowledge of color management basics (preferred)
- Understanding of local network operation
- English: reading and understanding technical documentation
- Driver's license category B and driving experience of at least 2 years
