Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for clients based on products from leading global vendors
- Customize vendor-standard tools to match specific customer requirements
- Configure, test, and deploy technical solutions as part of project delivery
- Support virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware), including migrations and upgrades
- Conduct IT infrastructure audits - analyze systems, networks, and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service performance issues and potential incidents
- Provide full-lifecycle technical support for services - from deployment to operation and updates
- Maintain and update technical documentation
Requirements
- Ability to quickly navigate new vendor products and adapt technical documentation to client needs
- Experience working on project-based tasks - planning, execution, testing, go-live
- Strong service mindset with a focus on long-term solution sustainability
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and core networking technologies (Routing, NAT, VPN, VLAN, STP)
- Hands-on experience administering virtualization environments (Hyper-V/VMware), including backup, scaling, and recovery
- Understanding of firewall technologies and experience setting security rules and network policies
- Familiarity with monitoring systems to oversee services, hardware, and network infrastructure
- Basic UNIX/Linux knowledge - command line usage, basic scripting, log analysis
- System-level thinking, proactivity, and the ability to drive tasks independently
