About the Position

Service Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join Körber Pharma Inspection GmbH in Markt Schwaben, Bavaria. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, conversion, and regular maintenance of inspection machines, ensuring timely and professional technical service to our international customers.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, conversion, and regular maintenance of inspection machines
• Providing timely, professional technical service to international customers
• Instructing users on the commissioning and functioning of the machines
• Providing sales-supporting technical advice for our service activities
• Documenting service assignments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (preferably mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering, or information electronics)
• Ideally, a degree as a technician or master craftsman with professional experience
• Analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong customer/service orientation and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good PC skills
• High willingness to travel (driving license class B or 3)
• Passionate about your work with commitment and flexibility
