Service Engineer Mobiele Havenkranen (m/v/d)

Liebherr Nederland B.V. is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer for Mobile Harbor Cranes to join our team in Amersfoort, Netherlands. This role involves performing repairs, routine service, and maintenance on mobile harbor cranes, as well as diagnosing and solving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs, routine service, and maintenance on mobile harbor cranes
• Operating and inspecting these machines
• Investigating malfunctions and providing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnoses
• Analyzing and resolving issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Preparing comprehensive and detailed service reports
• Assembling and commissioning new machines
• Being on-call periodically outside of office hours for emergencies and breakdowns

Requirements

• Strong background in hydraulics and electrotechnics
• Ability to work independently and improvise
• Service-oriented mindset
• Affinity for heavy industry and a passion for working under various conditions
• Skilled and meticulous in report writing
• Possess a Category B(E) driver's license
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Technical training such as all-round mechanic, SBW/SOMA, MTS motor vehicle technology is a plus
• Experience in technical professions within maritime and aviation, automotive and truck technology, or offshore is desirable, but experience in the crane industry is even better

Practical Requirements

• Must hold an EU passport due to work permit requirements within the European Union
