We are looking for a Service Engineer for the Northeast region (Arnhem).
Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will be the face of Konica Minolta for our clients in your region. Your tasks will include:
- Repairing and maintaining our printers/MFPs;
- Solving technical issues on-site;
- Advising customers on usage and maintenance;
- Reporting on completed work;
- Collaborating with colleagues to guarantee the best service.
You will work with modern equipment and have ample opportunities to further develop your knowledge through training.
Requirements
- MBO-level education in electrical engineering, ICT, or a similar field;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- Possession of a driver's license B;
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented;
