We are looking for a Service Engineer for the Dordrecht region.
Responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will be the face of Konica Minolta for our clients in your region. Your tasks will include:
- Repairing and maintaining our printers/MFPs;
- Solving technical issues on-site;
- Advising customers on usage and maintenance;
- Reporting on completed work;
- Collaborating with colleagues to guarantee the best service.
You will work with modern equipment and have ample opportunities to further develop your knowledge through training.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- You have a MBO education in electrical engineering, ICT, or a similar field;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
- You hold a driver's license B;
- You are customer-oriented and service-oriented;
