Responsibilities

As a Service Engineer at Konica Minolta, you will be the face of our company for our clients in your region. Your tasks will include:

• Restoring and maintaining our printers and multifunction printers (MFPs);
• Solving technical issues on-site;
• Advising customers on usage and maintenance;
• Reporting on completed work;
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best service.

You will work with modern equipment and have ample opportunities to further develop your knowledge through training.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• MBO-level education in electrotechnology, ICT, or a similar field;
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Possession of a driver's license B;
• Customer-oriented and service-oriented;
