To maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to coordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPIs and commitments
• Overseeing the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
• Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
• Performing ongoing analysis and review of systems and procedures and identifying areas of improvement
• Compiling specifications, documenting processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
• Providing ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
• Providing ad-hoc statistical and technical support, e.g., technical data queries from clients
• Maintaining technical documentation and support to third-party software suppliers

Requirements

• Experience in supporting client deliverables
• Able to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required
• Promote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the business
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Sound knowledge of statistical concepts
• Python or SAS package knowledge (desirable)
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau

• Information scanning: Ability to focus and identify potentially trends in panel composition reports that need to be dealt with in a proactive manner

• Numerical fluency: Ability to work/handle large amounts of numeric information in order to make appropriate judgement calls
• Writing skills: Ability to convey technical concepts in a non-technical way in the written form
• Speaking and verbal expression: Is able to present information in a logical and concise form
