Service Manager & Analyste fonctionnel – Applications Finance & RH

About the Position

Fedasil is seeking a consultant for its ICT service, focusing on service management and functional analysis of business applications in finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity and quality of service to users.
• Manage incident and request management: follow-up, escalation, and communication to users.
• Handle problem management: analyze causes of recurring issues and propose corrective actions (procedures, training, improvements, etc.).
• Manage user access and rights, in compliance with security rules and GDPR.
• Manage the relationship with suppliers, including the follow-up of services, licenses, and budget.
• Analyze, model (BPMN), and document business processes related to these applications, and formulate improvement recommendations.
• Provide analytical and functional support in the evolution or replacement of the concerned applications.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure good governance of the service (documentation, knowledge base, change requests, etc.).
• Ensure reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • ITIL
  • Incident & Problem Management
  • Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
  • Process Analysis

• Languages:

  • English: Active knowledge
  • Dutch: Active knowledge
  • French: Active knowledge

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT service management (ITIL, incident and problem management), experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes (BPMN), trilingualism French/Dutch/English, and basic knowledge of general accounting.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Iptor (Accounting Software)
• Basic knowledge of HR management and payroll
• Experience in the public sector
