Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects and ensure operational excellence
• Manage IT Service Management and IT Project Management
• Experience in different technological solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, etc.
• Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic)
• Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions
• Expertise in Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments
• Communicate fluently in spoken and written English

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager
• Experience in various technological solutions
• Experience with APM monitoring tools
• Expertise in Java and Cloud environments
• Fluent in spoken and written English
