Service Manager - Software Lifecycle Management (f/m/d)

As part of our Europe West Regional Technology Hub in Berlin, you will manage software releases in compliance with client requirements. You will take on a wide range of tasks:

• Support the software development team with internal and external processes
• Support the project team in managing the complex ecosystem of DevSecOps-based deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of software solutions to regulated (e.g. gematik) clients in Germany, including proper documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage software releases in compliance with client requirements
• Support the software development team with internal and external processes
• Support the project team in managing the complex ecosystem of DevSecOps-based deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of software solutions to regulated clients in Germany

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology infrastructure and/or project/service management
• Experience in software development and familiarity with CI/CD-driven products
• Experience with code-based documentation (e.g..md rather than .pptx)
• Basic understanding of KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) requirements and regulatory environments is considered a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
