About the Position

We are seeking a Service Manager with German language skills to manage IT services, client relations, and ensure service delivery in compliance with agreements.

Responsibilities

• Within the team, you will be responsible for providing IT services in the area of infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, backup, security).
• You will manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of basic IT services in accordance with the framework agreement and required performance certificates.
• You will monitor the services agreed upon in the contract and ensure their further development, with an emphasis on consolidation and increasing user satisfaction.
• You will ensure the proper transfer of new services to the organization and timely and correct invoicing of operational and project services.
• You will act as a liaison between the client and the operational team.
• You will conduct monthly and quarterly review meetings with the client, preparing appropriate presentations.
• You will be responsible for updating and creating new service agreements and controlling the profitability of provided IT services.
• You will manage current (minor) operational orders.
• You will support the preparation of offers, both from a technological and commercial perspective.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in managing IT outsourcing services.
• You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, from data centers to client/server hardware, storage, databases, and technical application support.
• You are familiar with the pre-sales and project environment and have knowledge of ITIL.
• You have high communication skills, such as moderation and assertiveness in the scope of the business-IT interface function.
• You have experience in billing and controlling processes.
• You are willing to occasionally travel to the client.
• You know German at level C1 (direct communication with the client).
