We are currently recruiting for integration in our internal team/client a Service Support Engineer – English speaker (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon).

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents using tools like ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI
• Utilize AWS Cloud technologies
• Provide 2nd line support and coordinate with 3rd level
• Use Microsoft Excel and Office with strong Excel skills
• Work with YAML files
• Apply ITIL certification/knowledge
• Use Bash and Shell scripting skills
• Develop and architect with Python
• Analyze logs and possess analytical skills
• Follow Agile development methodology, preferably with certifications
• Create and update documentation
• Communicate fluently in English with advanced writing skills

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • 5 years working experience with web development technologies (pref. international teams)
  • Incident management tools (e.g. Servicenow)
  • Java Skills – demonstrated experience on production environments
  • Experience developing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines (pref. GitLab CI)
  • AWS Cloud technologies hands-on experience
  • 2nd line support experience & coordination with 3rd level
  • Microsoft Excel & Office (strong Excel skills)
  • Experience working with YAML files
  • ITIL certification / knowledge
  • Bash, Shell scripting skills/experience
  • Phyton (developing and architecture)
  • Log analysis & analytical skills
  • Agile development methodology (pref. with certifications)
  • Experience in creation & updating documentation
  • English fluent with advanced writing skills
