Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnostics on wind turbines (SGRE / Vestas)
• Analysis of turbine data and identification of root causes to improve performance and reduce downtime
• Support commissioning, installation, testing, and service activities on site
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to OEM procedures and safety standards
• Work closely with site teams and technical departments to solve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Prepare basic technical reports and share findings for performance improvements
• Ensure full compliance with HSE rules and project procedures

Requirements

• Technical education required (for example, a diploma as an electrical technician / electrician or equivalent technical qualification)
• Experience in the wind industry as Troubleshooter, Service Technician, or Commissioning Engineer
• Experience with SGRE and/or Vestas turbines is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve technical issues in the field
• English at minimum B1 level
• Driving license (Category B)
• Willingness to travel and work internationally (onshore/offshore rotations)
