About the Position
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst (f/m/x) to join our team. This role involves performing business analysis, designing solutions, and managing project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
- Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
- Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
- Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
- Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
- Managing production deployment
- Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
- Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
- Fluency in Polish and English is required
- Residing in Poland required
