About the Position
ServiceNow Developer (ч/ж/ж)
Sii Ukraine is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will work on various projects using different modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote position based in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment.
- Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews.
- Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience.
- Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Experience on core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management.
- Methodical and focused approach to work.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset.
- Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication.
- Tax residence in Ukraine is required.

Salary
6000-8000 PLN per hour.
