We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong platform expertise and a focus on delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications
- Utilize knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Work with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs
- Understand ServiceNow data models, tables, and platform architecture
- Customize and develop ServiceNow applications
- Translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Gather requirements and produce technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work in Agile development teams
- Communicate fluently in English
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with ServiceNow
- Strong experience in ServiceNow application development and customization
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, and platform architecture
- Professional experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Experience developing workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Experience gathering requirements and producing technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile development teams
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with ITOM Discovery and Event Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM
