About the Position
Michael Page is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer - TPRM - IT Contracting for a senior full-time position. This role is for an international organization that provides advanced infrastructure and B2B services for financial institutions, focusing on ServiceNow and business process transformation.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions in the area of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Implementing processes related to supplier onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence, and remediation management
- Creating and maintaining workflows, business rules, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications
- Automating third-party risk management processes using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and native ServiceNow functionalities
- Designing and developing integrations with systems supporting procurement, compliance, security, and governance areas
- Ensuring solutions comply with security requirements, corporate architecture, and platform development standards
- Participating in testing, deployment processes, architectural reviews, and software quality activities
- Collaborating with business analysts, architects, risk teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable TPRM solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in a corporate environment
- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow modules related to risk management, compliance, or Third-Party Risk Management
- Experience in creating workflows, automating processes, and configuring ServiceNow components
- Ability to design and implement integrations using REST API, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Flow Designer
- Knowledge of information security, risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance issues
- Experience working according to architectural standards, DevOps practices, and quality processes
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in the ServiceNow environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in complex business and technology organizations
