About the Position
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITAM (Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management and Software License Entitlement & Compliance Management) and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, and Integrations) modules for a role in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) and ITSM modules.
- Develop scalable and distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/AJAX.
- Utilize Service Portal and be familiar with frameworks like AngularJS or React.
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, and Integrations.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITAM (HAM/SAM) and ITSM modules.
- Expertise in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
- Experience with Service Portal.
- Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AJAX.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on technical decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proven team player with experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
Nice to Have
- Implementation Specialist certification.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React.
