About the Position
ING Hubs Poland is hiring!
We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert Engineer to join our team in Katowice, Poland. The expected salary for this position is 13,000 - 18,000 PLN gross.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements and best practices.
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Supporting the Product Manager with functional refinements to assess technical feasibility.
- Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management – Data Foundations.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with common web and platform technologies such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with CI/CD and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CIS-DF).
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- A growth mindset, strong customer focus, and a collaborative attitude.
- The ability to understand, challenge, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Now Assist.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – any other product.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Kafka.
